Slingshot's Unhelpful Call Center
On the morning of 29th January 2010 we had no phone service so phoned Slingshot's 0800 helpline from my mobile.
All I wanted to do was find out if they were down of is we had a line problem.
What follwed was a nighmare of abusive, unhelpful and unfriendly help centre staff.
As it happened it was workmen down the road who had dug up the phone lines so all Slingshot had to do was say it wasn't them!
