Kiwibank. Customer service and abuse
Several times during 2009 I visited the local Otahuhu branch of Kiwibank.
Mostly I was served politely by different members of their staff but there was one particular staff member who obviously had some problem with life and was repeatedly rude to me.
Not only me, on one occasion I witnessed her yelling abuse and a senior citizen because he wanted advice how to fill out a form.
Eventualy, after one particulaly bad experience in November I made a complaint by phone.
As I am hearing impaired I had some difficulty with this so also complained by email and backed it up in writing.
So far I have had no official response from them regarding the behaviour of their staff.
Interesting though, my loan application I had with them at the time was refused for no reason!

I guess their staff come first and customers dont really matter even with $100k plus in their accounts.
