Harcourts Harassment
In August 3003 I was deliberately insulted by a staff member of Harcourts for whom I do contract maintenance.
This person obviously had a major problem with my gender and repeatedly refered to me as "he" to a third party on the phone.Admittedly, I was wearing work clothes at the time but I was wearing makeup and presented (as usual) as female.
The look on her face when I returned later in full drag and presented Harcourst with a summons was priceless.
Complaint
She lost her job.....a bit drastic....all I wanted was an opology and for her to acknowlege my gender.
