Recently I was deliberately insulted and embarrassed by a staff member of Dick Smith Electronics, Onehunga Branch. Despite a complaint to their head office I have had no satisfaction regarding this incident.
I would like to know what I can do legally, not so much regarding compensation but to obtain an apology and ensure this sort of thing does not happen again. The staff member involved obviously has a personal problem and his present attitude is preventing me using my local branch of DSE.
I have enclosed copies of correspondence so far.
Any comments and advice would be much appreciated.
