Thankyou for  your response to my letter  of  16/11/02

As I have been a regular customer at DSE for many years I accept that DSE must either have some anti discrimination policies of just polite staff.

However, the apology offered by Patrick was both insincere and a personal insult. I do not consider “sorry sir” in a sneering tone to be an apology, in fact I consider it to be deliberately insulting and actionable.

I would like closure to this matter and be able to  DSE as my electronic supplier again but cannot do so until this particular matter has been resolved.
